Director HR Services

As a HR Services Director here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the HR Help function. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Tier 1 support to the global employee population, as well as lead the HR Knowledge Management team. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management and HR business partners to identify and address HR service needs, manage HR service delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership and expertise in HR services will be instrumental in providing guidance and support to the HR Services team on complex HR issues.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by redefining and optimizing our HR service offerings. You will collaborate closely with HRS leadership, Communications team, HR COE teams, and external partners to understand business needs and translate them into effective service strategies. Your ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs will be crucial in delivering high-quality HR services and driving customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our VP HR Services Global Operations and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.

• Lead and oversee the HR Services function to deliver highquality HR services to employees and managers
• Develop and implement process improvements aimed at reducing ticket volume and improving the overall employee experience
• Collaborate with senior management and HR business partners to identify and address HR service needs
• Manage HR service delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to the HR Services team on complex HR issues

MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery
• Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on HR service delivery
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent understanding of HR systems and technology
• Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and process improvement
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
