Your Impact
The Director of Measurement & Analytics for Lowe’s Media Network (LMN) leads client insights and campaign measurement, delivering a high-touch, differentiated insights experience for advertisers. This role ensures analytical strategies align with client objectives, prioritizes the highest-impact opportunities, and translates complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations. As a strategic leader and trusted client advisor, the Director champions LMN’s evolving Client Insights service model, sets a high bar for client-facing work, and leads a multinational team across the U.S. and India.
This role will lead a global team in the US and India to deliver against the objectives listed above.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of media measurement and analytics for Lowe’s Media Network, ensuring insights are accurate, scalable, and actionable.
- Set and uphold a high bar for client-facing analytical work, ensuring insights are analytically sound, strategically relevant, concise, visually compelling, and accompanied by a clear point of view and recommended action.
- Lead and develop a team responsible for media performance insights, reporting, customer intelligence, and strategic business reviews.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Director, Measurement Strategy & Analytics, helping define the long-term measurement vision based on advertiser needs while leading execution and adoption.
- Champion the evolution of LMN's Client Insights service model, creating a differentiated, white-glove experience for priority advertisers that is proactive, consultative, customized to client needs, and focused on measurable business impact.
- Serve as a senior, credible analytics voice with LMN advertisers, leading high-stakes client conversations and delivering executive-ready performance narratives, forward-looking insights, and clear recommendations that influence advertiser strategy, investment decisions, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the Media Planning & Optimization team, along with the Measurement Foundations & Evolution team, to drive continuous improvement in methodology, data-driven decision making, and the measurement roadmap.
- Lead change management to drive adoption of new measurement approaches across sales, client, and analytics teams; establish rigorous prioritization across client insights and analytical requests, balancing client value, business impact, level of investment, scalability, and team capacity to ensure resources are focused on the highest-value questions and opportunities.
- Ensure measurement strategies and analytical approaches begin with a clear understanding of advertiser objectives, business questions, and decision needs, translating them into focused learning agendas and analytical plans.
- Build strong partnerships with Client Services leadership to embed Client Insights early and consistently throughout the advertiser lifecycle, from planning and learning-agenda development through campaign optimization, business reviews, renewal, and growth conversations.
- Proactively identify emerging business and analytics needs, improving reporting, measurement approaches, and insight capabilities.
- Lead a high-performing multinational analytics organization, building strength in advanced analytics, consultative storytelling, prioritization of insights projects, and strategic advisory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Business, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics
or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable - 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, media measurement, customer analytics, retail media, or a related analytical field.
- 5 years of experience leading teams, including managing people leaders, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- 5 years applying strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills to synthesize complex data and present clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- 4 years collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, to drive data-informed decisions and advance business objectives.
- 4 years applying marketing measurement and advanced analytical techniques such as incrementality testing, test-and-learn frameworks, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), regression, clustering, or propensity modeling.
- 3 years working with analytics tools and large-scale first-party data environments, such as SQL, SPSS, Python, R, or similar, to analyze customer and marketing performance data.
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master’s degree Business, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics
or related field - Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in omni-channel retail.
- Experience managing global team
