Compensation & Benefits At Walker Consultants, we are committed to maintaining fairness and equity in our pay practices. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $120,000 – $150,000 per year and eligibility to a significant bonus based on company and individual performance. The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. Qualifications: -Registered Professional Engineer or Architect in Hawaii or Registered Building Enclosure Consultant (RBEC) through the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) -Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar. -10+ years of building envelope consulting experience. -Experience managing staff and projects. -Proven success in Building Envelope business development. -Strong verbal and written communication skills.
