About The Wilkinson Firm
TWF serves three divisions: HR Advisory (behavioral health and human services), Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing, and emerging Government Contracting. We grow through channels - chambers, industry associations, prime contractor partnerships, professional networks. We need Business Development operators who can open doors at scale and earn outsized commissions on what they bring in.
Who we want
Business development leaders with services industry network. 10+ years experience. Former chamber executive, association leader, industry consultant, or B2B services BD director. You have an existing network you can monetize and the patience to build a long-cycle channel partnership pipeline.
What you would do
Channel sales across chambers of commerce, industry associations, professional networks
Open enterprise accounts for HR Advisory, PHES, or GovCon divisions
Build prime contractor partnership pipeline for federal work
Maintain co-marketing and referral partnership relationships
Quarterly pipeline review with Founder + CEO
Compensation
$0 base retainer. 10-20% of first-year contract value on revenue you directly source (rate varies by division). 3-5% of renewed contract value Y2+. No cap. Commission paid quarterly within 30 days of revenue receipt.
The math
A senior BD operator who sources $500K of first-year contract value earns $50K-$100K in commission alone. The model rewards proven networks and disciplined pipeline management.
What you keep
Non-exclusive. Keep your other BD work, board seats, advisory roles.
30-day cancel from either party.
NDA per engagement.
