MODERN LAW

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Are you a confident, proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results? Do you have the courage to embrace new challenges, inspire others to grow, and help shape the future of a growing organization? If you lead with empathy and thrive on helping organizations reach their potential, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal Director of Business Operations is:

  • Highly Accountable. You take ownership of results and follow through on commitments, setting clear expectations while holding others to the same standard.
  • Proactive & Decisive. Rather than waiting for problems to escalate, you anticipate challenges and take action with a strong sense of urgency. You know how to keep things moving without overwhelming your team.
  • Brave & Direct Communicator. You speak up when it matters and approach difficult conversations with honesty and empathy. You're willing to give meaningful feedback, even when it isn't easy.
  • A Collaborative Coach & Mentor. Helping others reach their potential is something you genuinely enjoy. You build trust through encouragement and constructive feedback, empowering leaders to succeed independently.
  • Adaptable & Improvement-Focused. You recognize when change is necessary and when existing practices are working well. Your approach brings greater effectiveness without sacrificing flexibility or creating unnecessary complexity.

At Modern Law, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your leadership makes a lasting impact. You're excited to develop strong leaders, oversee key business functions, and turn ambitious goals into results. Above all, you're ready to help shape Modern Law's next chapter of growth while preserving our people-first culture.
