Your Responsibilities as the Director of Content Originals will be: - Engage with storytellers to explore and bring ideas and concepts to life for audio series creation. - Assess the scalability of concepts and develop pilots aligned with engagement metrics. - Identify writers or writer rooms capable of transforming tested pilots into full-fledged audio series. Collaborate during the story development phase. - Monitor series performance in terms of revenue and user retention. Make strategic decisions regarding the revival of upcoming seasons. - Develop a content pipeline grounded in data and insights from internal tools and partner teams. - Coordinate with the marketing team to promote series and achieve desired scale for efficient ROI. - Lead large creative teams, defining precise monthly and quarterly goals and supporting them in achieving success. Qualifications: - Min of 10 years of leadership in fictional content creation across various media platforms such as Television, OTT Entertainment, Films, and more. -Bachelors Degree in related fields. - Deep passion for the data-driven digital content landscape. - A strategic thinker with a creative flair and project management skills, capable of crafting world-class creative strategies and leading their execution. - Innately curious, thriving on gleaning insights from data, and adept at identifying creative opportunities in content and translating them into sharp creative strategies. This is a fully remote opportunity and salary if being offered between $200-250k/year, depending on experience.
