SUPPORT OUR GROWTH PLANS AS OUR NEXT DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER GROWTH MARKETING

Iptor is looking for a commercially driven Director of Customer Growth Marketing to build growth across our installed customer base. This is a high-agency role: you will identify opportunities, own outcomes and use AI, automation and agentic workflows to increase the speed and scale of execution.

Working across Product, Account Management, Customer Success and Finance, you will turn customer insight and product strategy into targeted engagement, qualified pipeline, adoption and expansion ARR.

  • A Collaborative and Innovative culture: At Iptor, our culture thrives on recognition, trust, and respect. We foster an inclusive and supportive environment valuing everyone’s contributions. We recognize dedication through an attractive salary package, bonuses, and generous vacation days. Our success is built upon collaboration and innovation.

YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR JOURNEY

Installed Base Growth

  • Own Iptor’s installed-base growth strategy, segmentation and opportunity prioritisation.

  • Build targeted upgrade, upsell, cross-sell and Account-Based Marketing programmes.

  • Generate measurable marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced expansion pipeline.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Translate product strategy into propositions, target segments and GTM plans.

  • Lead positioning, messaging, launch support, sales enablement and adoption campaigns.

  • Ensure customer-facing claims distinguish available capability from future roadmap.

  • Feed customer response, objections and commercial outcomes back into Product.

Lifecycle, Advocacy & Community

  • Develop lifecycle programmes supporting onboarding, adoption, renewal preparation and win-back.

  • Build advocacy through references, case studies, reviews, advisory boards and user groups.

  • Plan webinars, roundtables and selected external events with clear commercial objectives.

Digital, Social & Commercial Enablement

  • Own customer-facing digital and social strategy, including LinkedIn and target-account engagement.

  • Maintain a content calendar aligned to GTM, campaigns and advocacy.

  • Provide Account Management and Pre-Sales with propositions, proof points, playbooks and campaign context.

CRM, Analytics & Attribution

  • Use CRM and marketing technology to support segmentation, campaign execution and attribution.

  • Measure pipeline, ARR contribution, adoption, retention support and programme ROI.

  • Provide clear customer and commercial insight to leadership.

YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:

Senior B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience across customer growth, revenue marketing or lifecycle marketing.

  • Strong Product Marketing capability across positioning, propositions, GTM planning and sales enablement.

  • Evidence of generating pipeline, expansion ARR or other measurable commercial outcomes.

  • Strong customer segmentation, commercial analytics and SaaS metrics knowledge, including ARR, NRR and retention.

  • Experience across ABM, lifecycle, digital/social, customer advocacy and commercially focused events.

  • Strong CRM and marketing automation literacy. Hands-on administration is desirable, with Pipedrive experience particularly valuable.

  • AI-native approach to execution, with the ability to design and use agents, automations and agentic workflows across lead generation, campaigns, content, customer insight and commercial operations.

  • High personal agency and commercial judgement, with the ability to move from problem to outcome without task-level direction.

  • Strong editorial and quality judgement, including the ability to critically assess and improve AI-generated output rather than accept it at face value.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.

INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY

At Iptor, diversity and inclusion are at the core of our values. We believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and excellence. We foster an inclusive workplace where every individual's contributions are celebrated and respected. Join us in creating an environment where each individual's unique contributions shape our success. 🌟
