Director of Engineering Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Category Technology Apply Director of Engineering Job Summary: As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for managing the development of our software products that are used to support Bamboo’s business. These applications can be both internal and external customer facing such as policy administration for agents or policy management for insureds. You will set the development standards for the team of software engineers and Technical Leads that will report to you, including coding standards, development methodology, and will be responsible for meeting deliverable dates. In addition, you will be hands on with development and programming and will provide architectural design oversight to ensure our applications are scalable and maintainable. Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Leads and Software Engineers, ensuring technical excellence and professional growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align Guidewire development with business needs.
