Director of FP&A | Global Finance Leadership

Allied is looking for an experienced Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, and business analytics across our international operations. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to drive strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

✅ Develop robust financial models and executive dashboards to drive strategic decisions.

✅ Partner closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve performance.

✅ Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and covenant compliance.

✅ Build and enhance reporting capabilities using Excel, Power BI, AI, and predictive analytics tools.

✅ Drive continuous improvement, automation, and a data-driven culture across the organization.

✅ Collaborate with global teams in a remote and multicultural environment.

✅ Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

✔ 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.

✔ International experience in multinational environments.

✔ Strong background in manufacturing and engineering industries.

✔ Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

✔ Experience with Power BI, AI, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.

✔ Deep understanding of cash flow management and liquidity planning.

✔ English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and business environments.

✔ Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Proven ability to influence decision-making in complex, fast-paced organizations.
