👤 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Month-End & Financial Reporting – Preparing and reviewing monthly AR reports for management and stakeholders within strict deadlines.

✔️ AR & Trend Analysis – Analyzing aging balances, payments, and collections, while identifying and explaining unusual trends.

✔️ Data Reconciliation – Investigating discrepancies and partnering with Accounting to align operational AR data with financial records.

✔️ Audit & Cost Reporting Support – Preparing data for cost reports and assisting with internal/external audits and auditor inquiries.

✔️ Process Improvement – Enhancing reporting templates and workflows to improve AR accuracy and efficiency.

📚 What You Bring:

✅ Educational Foundation: A background, degree, or current coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✅ Excel & Tech Proficiency: Strong MS Excel skills, with the ability to comfortably manage large datasets and spreadsheets.

✅ Analytical & Detail-Oriented: High accuracy and a sharp eye for detail when analyzing data and investigating discrepancies.

✅ Time Management & Independence: Strong organizational skills to prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines autonomously.

✅ Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate with accounting teams, leadership, and auditors.

✅ Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Basic understanding of healthcare AR. Experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities or Long-Term Care is a strong plus.
