Director of Hospitality

Role Description The Director of Hospitality at STE : PREVEL INDUSTRIE sarl will oversee the overall hospitality strategy and day-to-day operations for food and customer-facing services. This part-time, remote role is responsible for coordinating food service offerings, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and aligning hospitality initiatives with business objectives. The Director of Hospitality will manage event planning and execution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, monitor service standards, and implement improvement plans. This position also involves managing budgets related to hospitality activities, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports on key metrics and outcomes.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Food Service operations and standards, with the ability to design and oversee quality offerings.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a guest-focused culture.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage hospitality-related costs and optimize resource allocation.
• Experience in Event Management, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating hospitality events and programs.
• Sales skills to support revenue growth through hospitality initiatives, partner relationships, and service promotions.
• Proven leadership and management abilities, including remote team coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or related industries; relevant degree or professional training is an advantage.
