  • Monitor and report on loan portfolio performance, loan balances, account-level activity, collateral composition, and related portfolio metrics.

  • Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, and Operations teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan and investor reporting data.

  • Develop and maintain reporting controls and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity across servicing, accounting, and reporting systems.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting methodologies, automate processes, and enhance reporting capabilities.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls that strengthen the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of reporting activities.

  • Leverage reporting tools and system capabilities, including NetSuite and related reporting platforms, to improve efficiency and reporting transparency.

  • Assist with implementing new processes and controls as the organization expands its products, funding structures, and business opportunities.

  • Maintain current knowledge of reporting requirements related to securitizations, warehouse facilities, and investor agreements.

  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

  • Active CPA license preferred.

  • MBA or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

  • 8+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, and compliance experience within the financial services, lending, banking, or fintech industry.
