The role Own how IS-Wireless understands the market, defines its Value Proposition and converts it into customer engagement, qualified pipeline and market credibility. Lead two-way communication: listen systematically to customers, prospects, partners and stakeholders, then translate market feedback into sharper positioning, messaging and commercial priorities. Promote the Value Proposition to carefully selected audiences through clear, attractive and effective messages, formats and channels. Build a commercial marketing engine combining market intelligence, lead generation, account-based marketing, sales enablement, content and external communications. Key responsibilities Value Proposition and market intelligence. Co-create and continuously refine the company Value Proposition with the CEO, Sales, Product and Technology teams; turn customer feedback, market trends and competitive insight into action. Pipeline generation and ABM. Define priority segments, target accounts and buying committees; run focused lead-generation and account-based campaigns that create qualified meetings, opportunities and partner introductions. Sales enablement. Equip Sales and Business Development with strong pitch decks, account-specific presentations, solution briefs, case studies, battlecards and proposal content. Messaging and content. Translate complex technology into clear customer, business and mission value; create articles, speeches, blogs, social-media content, presentations, interviews, films and opinion pieces. Executive visibility and influence. Build the public voice of the CEO and company experts around resilient communications, sovereignty, defence connectivity and software-defined networks. Channels and external partners. Select and manage the right mix of website, social media, media, events, podcasts, video and direct outreach; work with influencers, lobbyists, journalists, analysts, agencies and digital providers. Marketing operations. Set priorities, budgets, campaigns and KPIs; track marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and stop activities that do not create meaningful commercial or strategic impact. Expected impact A clear, credible and differentiated IS-Wireless Value Proposition. Thought leadership with Customers, Partners and government decision-makers. Measurable contribution to qualified pipeline, partnerships and revenue. Better conversion of content, visibility and events into meetings and commercial opportunities. A disciplined marketing function accountable for business outcomes. What we expect Senior experience in B2B technology marketing, demand generation, strategic communication, public affairs or market development. A proven record of contributing to pipeline and revenue through lead generation, ABM and sales enablement. Ability to understand complex technology and explain it in simple, persuasive and credible language. Strong writing, editing, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to create high-quality content personally. Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, sales leaders and technical teams. Commercial judgement, strong ownership, pace and execution discipline. Excellent English and readiness to work across Poland and the Netherlands. Experience in telecommunications, defence, dual-use technology, critical infrastructure, sovereign technology, public-sector sales or complex B2B projects will be a strong advantage.
