Qualifications, Duties, Perks An Average Day: (Includes, but not limited to) Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple lines of business Develop marketing strategies that support organizational growth, brand awareness, and business objectives Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and project scope for marketing initiatives Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, handbooks, presentations, sales collateral, and promotional content Write and edit impactful marketing and communication copy Maintain and strengthen Bristol Hospice's brand identity across all channels and materials Partner with business development, operations, and executive leadership teams to support strategic growth initiatives Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, advertisers, and marketing service providers Monitor and report on campaign performance, marketing activity, and industry trends Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy Support new market launches, mergers, rebranding efforts, and nationwide promotional campaigns Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners Supervise and mentor marketing support staff and project team members as assigned Represent Bristol Hospice at industry and community events as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of branding and marketing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously Experience developing and executing successful marketing initiatives Strong organizational and project management capabilities Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking May be required to occasionally travel local and long-distance with or without notice Must possess strong leadership and multi-tasking skills Must be flexible in work hour We Got the Perks: Tuition Reimbursement PTO and Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more HSA & 401(k) available Mileage Reimbursement for applicable positions Advanced training programs Passionate company culture committed to the highest standard of care in the hospice industry Join a Team that embraces the reverence of life!
