Recognized affordable luxury concierge service is looking for its Director of Marketing in Remote (Colombia) who is a hands-on growth marketer focused on execution and funnel performance . ¿Why apply for this position? Team Leadership : You will manage a direct team of four people, including Social Media, Community, and Design roles. High Impact : You will be responsible for scaling the digital channels that generate the core leads for the business. Strategic Autonomy : You will own the growth strategy and have the authority to identify and execute new growth channels. Diverse Tech Stack : You will work across SEO, Paid Media, HubSpot CRM, and WordPress. Reporting directly to the CEO , your main responsibilities will be: ¿What will you do in this position? Growth Strategy : Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase qualified leads by at least 20% annually. Multi-Channel Management : Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and an extensive library of 150+ SEO blog posts. Conversion & Automation : Oversee website performance on WordPress and build automated email workflows within HubSpot. To fully succeed in this position, it is very important that you have these characteristics: ¿What should you have beforehand? Proven Experience : 5+ years in digital marketing or growth marketing. Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with SEO, paid media (Google/Meta), and lead generation. Tool Proficiency : Practical experience managing HubSpot CRM and WordPress websites. Leadership Skills : Previous experience managing small marketing teams.
