- Architect national leadership frameworks to align clinical operations across all ministries with long-term strategy, empowering nurse leaders and elevating patient care standards enterprise-wide.
- Lead executive mentorship and succession planning programs to identify high-potential talent, address future workforce trends and build a resilient leadership pipeline.
- Leverage data analytics and NDNQI insights to eliminate clinical variations, shrink safety gaps and drive measurable gains in nurse retention, engagement and patient safety.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements and evidence-based research into unified nursing practices, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure full audit readiness across all health systems.
- Location: Remote with up to 25% Travel
- Department/Specialty: Research and EBP
- Schedule: Full-time, Days
- Eligible for annual bonus incentive
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Master's degree in nursing required.
- Doctorate preferred.
- Experience in nursing leadership to support a high-impact nursing operations framework.
- Proven success leading evidence-based nursing and patient safety initiatives.
Additional Preferences:
- Proven system-level or multi-site healthcare leadership experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
