Seamless FM is seeking a Director of Operations to lead facility service delivery, strengthen operational processes, and ensure consistent execution across client accounts. This role calls for a hands-on leader who can develop teams, manage service providers, and solve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across assigned accounts and service locations.
• Establish standards for work order response, scheduling, quality, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Manage, coach, and hold operations team members accountable for results.
• Oversee service provider onboarding, performance, and escalations.
• Partner with Account Managers to address client needs and improve service delivery.
• Track response times, completion rates, service quality, and other operational measures.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements that support growth.
• Plan staffing and service capacity and monitor operational costs.
• Take ownership of urgent or high-impact issues through resolution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in facilities management, field services, property services, or a related operations environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, including performance management and coaching.
• Experience overseeing services across multiple clients, sites, or markets.
• Proven ability to manage vendors or contractors and resolve complex service issues.
• Experience developing operational processes, measuring performance, and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with work order systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
