  • Motivosity recognition, Lifestyle Spending Account, and potential HRSA loan repayment eligibility (position dependent)
What You'll Do

  • Provide supervision and coach approximately 7–10 clinicians, meeting weekly and once monthly for an hour on Saturday or Sunday, provide required individual clinical supervision, and support training, evaluations, and professional development
  • Oversee our behavioral health integration service and building that out as well as our internship program and pipeline to employment.
  • Provide assessments, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and other services within your license; planning target: 10–12 completed clinical sessions weekly with approximately 10–15 active consumers, adjusted for clinical and leadership needs.
  • Review notes, assessments, treatment plans, and discharge documentation; complete appropriate co-signatures and address deficiencies promptly.
  • Monitor access, productivity, engagement, outcomes, documentation timeliness, and consumer concerns; use data to improve clinic performance.
  • Support clinical risk assessment, crisis response pathways, mandated reporting, and coordination with psychiatric providers.
  • Maintain readiness for DC DBH Chapter 30, Medicaid, accreditation, and internal quality standards; partner with QA, Compliance, HR, billing, and credentialing teams.
  • Improve workflows, address operational barriers, and support responsible outpatient service growth.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field.

  • Eligibility to supervise assigned disciplines; DC LICSW required if personally supervising LGSWs providing psychotherapy.
  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and proficiency with EHRs and performance data.
Preferred: Experience with DC DBH Chapter 30, Medicaid, outpatient operations, chart audits, and accreditation readiness.
Schedule: Full-time; hybrid with onsite leadership and CEO-approved remote work. Onsite coverage and occasional nontraditional hours may be required.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
