Description

Who We Are

SpringHill is a youth outreach and discipleship ministry that uses immersive experiences to impact lives and prepare the next generation of Christ-centered leaders. We build camp programs and retreats that give youth and adults the time and space to reconnect with God through fun, worship, and quiet reflection. Our team is community focused and committed to cheering each other on in our work and personal faith.

The Role

In this hybrid remote role, you will advance SpringHill’s mission by cultivating deep, trusted relationships with partners who share a passion for helping the next generation encounter Jesus—including individuals, families, churches, foundations, alumni, camper parents, and friends of the ministry. Through these relationships, you will invite others to partner with SpringHill through financial generosity, volunteer service, and church or group partnerships. Your primary focus will be cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts of $15,000+ while nurturing mid-level donors of $5,000–$15,000, engaging new partners, and helping people connect their generosity to meaningful ministry impact. You will manage a focused portfolio of donors and prospects, ensuring each relationship is intentionally developed, prayerfully stewarded, and aligned with SpringHill’s long-term goals.

· Serve as an ambassador for SpringHill, clearly communicating its mission and vision at donor meetings, special events or retreats, camp activities, and fundraising initiatives.

· Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, electronic, and written communications that deepen donor relationships and encourage generosity, with a goal of meeting in person with each household in your portfolio every year.

· Attend opening and closing ceremonies during summer and maintain a presence at camp during other months; generally, 1 visit to camp per week.

Collaboration

· Work closely with the Development Team to align strategies and share insights.

· Collaborate with SpringHill staff to capture stories and ministry outcomes that inspire donor investment.

· Support broader fundraising initiatives, including campaigns, events, and appeals, as assigned.

Other Duties
