THE ROLE:

FEVO is now live in Australia and looking for a Director of Partner Success to cover the region. This is a builder's role: you'll own and grow a base of AU sports, entertainment, and ticketing partners while also driving new business across the region — acting as both the strategic account lead and the local face of FEVO for prospective clients, league contacts, and industry events.

This role is a blend partner success (retention, growth, and product utilization within existing accounts), business development (sourcing and closing new partners across the AU), and a first line of client-facing troubleshooting so partners get fast answers without always waiting on the US team's hours. You'll report to the EVP of Partner Success and work closely with Revenue Operations, Product, and the broader Partner Success and Business Development teams based in the US.

Because you'll be establishing FEVO's presence in a new region, this role carries more autonomy and market-building responsibility than a typical account or BD seat — you're not just running a playbook, you're helping write the one for Australia.

This is a remote-based position in Australia and requires interested candidates to reside in Australia.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in strategic account management, business development, or a similar client-facing revenue role, ideally spanning both account growth and new business.
  • Track record: Comfortable owning both sides of the revenue equation — growing what exists and building what doesn't — with a track record of hitting growth and new-business targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; equally comfortable running a partner strategy call and a first-touch sales pitch.
  • Technology: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data/reporting tools to track partner and pipeline performance. Familiarity with the FEVO platform is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently with strong self-management and comfort operating across time zones with the US team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events across Australia and the broader APAC region.
  • Bonus: Experience in sports, entertainment, ticketing, or e-commerce; familiarity with the Australian sports and live-events landscape.
  • WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    New Business Development

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective AU partners — sports teams, leagues, venues, and entertainment properties — through outreach, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Represent FEVO at regional conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to build the brand's presence in a market where we have no existing footprint.
  • Run demos and discovery conversations that translate FEVO's platform into a clear value proposition for the AU market.
  • Navigate full sales cycles, from first outreach through contracting, prioritizing larger, higher-value partnerships where possible.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce and report regularly on new business progress to leadership.
  • Partner Success & Account Growth

  • Manage and grow an assigned base of AU partner accounts, driving increased FEVO product utilization and measurable revenue growth year over year.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with partners — including monthly pacing and strategy meetings — to consult on performance, share data and trends, and align on goals.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities across FEVO's product suite as accounts mature.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, delivering actionable insights and recommendations drawn from performance data and reporting.
  • Track partner performance against KPIs, proactively flagging risk and surfacing growth opportunities before partners have to ask.
  • Partner Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day partner questions and routine technical or offer-configuration issues, resolving what you can directly.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Revenue Operations or Product/Tech, and stay engaged through resolution so the partner isn't left waiting on time-zone handoffs.
  • Maintain working knowledge of FEVO's platform and offer-building tools well enough to troubleshoot common issues and answer “how-to” questions without escalation.
  • Regional Leadership

  • Serve as FEVO's on-the-ground point of contact in Australia, coordinating closely with US-based teams across time zones on strategy, reporting, and account handoffs.
  • Share market insight on the AU sports and ticketing landscape to help shape how FEVO's products and go-to-market approach evolve in the region.
  • Perform other duties as needed while helping establish what this role — and FEVO's Australia presence — looks like long-term.
  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
  • WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive salary with a performance-based bonus structure tied to account growth and new business targets.
  • The opportunity to build FEVO's presence in a new market from the ground up, with direct visibility to the EVP of Partner Success and executive team.
  • Flexibility as a remote, region-based role, with the autonomy to shape how FEVO operates in Australia.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within an innovative, fast-growing organization.
  • ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Annual Base Salary of $120,000 per year (AUD)
  • Superannuation: 12% of Annual Base Salary: $14,400 (AUD)
  • Commission: Up to $25,000 (AUD)
  • This role requires interested candidates to reside in Australia
  • Full Australian working rights and relevant industry experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or public holidays when required
