We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

As the Director of Partnerships, you will occupy a pivotal, high-impact leadership position created to redefine how Arrive scales its market presence globally. Sitting within the Revenue organization and reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be empowered to architect and build a world-class partner ecosystem that serves as one of our primary engines for ambitious growth. You will be the catalyst that transforms us from a direct seller into an ecosystem leader. This role will serve as Arrive’s global scout and architect for international expansion, including identifying high-leverage local incumbents and alliances, and defining the precise playbook for how we seamlessly land and expand in new geographic markets. You will look beyond standard referrals to build an interconnected network of alliances, global system integrator powerhouses, and complementary tech innovators—creating a "Force Multiplier" strategy that fundamentally elevates our win rates, de-risks expansion, and accelerates our penetration into untapped global markets.

How to make an impact

  • Design and execute a global partnership strategy that integrates consulting firms, system integrators, and complementary hardware and technology vendors into a unified Go-To-Market motion.

  • Directly influence the sales funnel by building "surround sound" partnerships that position Arrive as the preferred choice in advisory-led procurement cycles.

  • Identify and leverage strategic partners to de-risk and accelerate expansion into new geographical regions, serving as Arrive's primary bridgehead.

  • Build the frameworks and training to enable global sales teams to effectively co-sell with partners, ensuring joint value propositions are clear and compelling.

  • Establish rules of engagement for multi-party relationships, managing the commercial, legal, and operational nuances of collaborating with ecosystem partners.

About you

You are a strategic, visionary leader who excels at building meaningful relationships and managing complex ecosystems. Driven by a collaborative mindset and a passion for global mobility, you thrive when bringing diverse parties together to achieve shared goals. You possess strong business acumen, excel at navigating complex organization structures, and bring an open, growth-oriented approach to driving transformation and market expansion.

Your background

  • Proven track record in ecosystem orchestration, with demonstrated experience managing complex multi-party alliances involving integrators, technology vendors, and enterprise partners.

  • Deep experience embedding strategic partners into Go-To-Market strategies, training sales teams, and executing successful co-sell frameworks.

  • Specialized experience cultivating relationships with major consulting firms and engineering practices, with a strong understanding of advisory-led procurement cycles.

  • Demonstrated expertise in complex contract negotiation, including structuring commercial agreements, revenue-share models, and joint initiatives.

  • Proven ability to utilize strategic alliances for agile market entry, identifying key partners for rapid, de-risked penetration into new geographic regions.

This position is based in London and follows a hybrid working model. Please note that the role will require approximately 60% travel.
