Role Description
As a Founding Member of NOVA's Strategic Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping one of Pakistan's most ambitious ClimateTech and Web3 initiatives from the ground up.
The Director of Partnerships (Web3) is a remote, contract-based advisory role responsible for building strategic partnerships and securing sponsorships from the global Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, and digital assets ecosystem.
This role is about more than sponsorships. It is about bringing together organizations that believe in empowering young people, accelerating innovation, and creating opportunities where they are needed most. Through NOVA, partners have the opportunity to engage with 250,000+ university students, discover the next generation of ClimateTech and Web3 founders, strengthen their CSR, ESG, education, and innovation initiatives, and contribute to projects that create measurable social and environmental impact across Pakistan.
Beyond NOVA, you'll help build long-term partnerships that support future initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, climate resilience, digital inclusion, and opportunity creation—particularly in underserved and underprivileged communities. Together, we aim to build an ecosystem that creates lasting change, not just successful events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, strategic partnerships, business development, fundraising, or ecosystem growth.
- Strong network within crypto exchanges, blockchain companies, Web3 startups, digital asset firms, fintech companies, venture capital funds, or related organizations.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and partnership decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and create opportunities.
- Passion for innovation, blockchain, entrepreneurship, climate action, and creating meaningful social impact.
Compensation.
Compensation is performance-based and success-fee model, with earnings directly linked to the sponsorships and strategic partnerships secured.
