- Go-to-market and launches: Lead B2B go-to-market strategy and commercial readiness for priority offerings. Define audiences, buyer needs, positioning, readiness requirements, and success measures; partner with Product on commercialization and B2B Marketing on activation.
- Customer adoption and value: Develop value stories, use cases, and proof points across consideration, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Connect enterprise value to member awareness, utilization, outcomes, and buyer ROI.
- Cross-functional leadership: Lead complex initiatives through influence, clarify roles and decisions, and serve as the Product Marketing partner for assigned solutions. Align priorities, resources, launches, and market strategy with the broader portfolio.
What success looks like
- Clear, differentiated positioning aligned to the broader portfolio.
- Scalable sales assets that strengthen enterprise buyer conversations.
- Faster launches with clear readiness, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Insights that shape product, commercialization, and growth decisions.
- Stronger links between buyer value, member outcomes, and acquisition, renewal, and expansion.
- Product Marketing recognized as the bridge between product strategy, customer needs, growth, and member value.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing, including significant B2B product marketing, go-to-market strategy, commercialization, or solution marketing experience.
- Enterprise buyer fluency, with demonstrated experience marketing complex products or solutions and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Proven ability to develop differentiated positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and core commercial enablement assets.
- Track record leading product launches and commercial readiness across complex, cross-functional organizations.
- Experience using market research, voice-of-customer inputs, and competitive intelligence to shape positioning, roadmap inputs, and commercialization strategy.
- Strategic and hands-on leader who can connect narrative, enablement, launch readiness, customer value, and measurement to business outcomes.
- Healthcare, digital health, benefits, insurance, technology, or other regulated, multi-stakeholder industry experience preferred.
- Excellent storytelling, executive communication, stakeholder management, influence, and decision-framing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Potential of <10% travel required.
