Apply Description About Guideline Guideline is a global provider of ad intelligence and media plan management technology, powering the strategy, planning, and management of advertising buying and selling for the world’s leading enterprises. Our solutions deliver the industry’s most comprehensive and timely insights, enabling publishers, agencies, brands, investors, and consulting firms to optimize media performance and drive superior business outcomes. Guideline’s proprietary spend and pricing data represents approximately $200 billion in annual media investment across 65 countries, providing the most complete and transparent view of the global advertising marketplace available today. In 2026 we are accelerating our investment in analytics and AI-powered solutions for the advertising and capital markets industries. About the Role Guideline is the leading provider of Media Plan Management solutions through Mediatools and Lumina. Today, the world's largest agencies manage billions of dollars in ad spend across fragmented systems, resulting in inconsistent taxonomies, manual reporting processes, and limited real-time visibility into media plans. Reporting directly to the SVP of Media Plan Management, this role is responsible for defining and delivering the product capabilities that solve these challenges across both platforms. You will own the end-to-end media planning experience—including plans, flights, approvals, briefs, budgets, and related workflows ensuring a consistent, scalable experience in both Mediatools and Lumina. Key Responsibilities Define how each core use case should work, and decide what has to be identical across our Media Plan Management solutions. Prioritize what ships, and when, for the core workflow areas: media plans, flights, approvals, briefs, and budgets, across platforms. Own the commercial outcome of these use cases: what's driving expansion, what's putting retention at risk, and where a new capability or pricing change would move the needle, on either platform. Use Guideline's AI and MCP Server infrastructure as the shared lever for both platforms: features that beat feature parity, not just match it. Bring client and market reality into the room with leadership. Every call here should trace back to something a client actually said or did, not a hunch. Work directly with agencies and brands to build the workflows and solutions they actually need, not just what's already scoped. Build and ship the way the rest of the team does: AI, API, and MCP-first, with agents and skills as a normal part of the workflow, not a special project. Required Skills & Experience 10–14 years in product management with real depth in media planning, buying, or agency workflow tools. Has owned a workflow or capability that had to work the same way across more than one product or platform, not just one owned end to end. Has owned a product with direct commercial accountability. Understands how product decisions translate into expansion, retention, and revenue, not just usage. Understands how brand and agency users pull in different directions on the same platform, and has built for both sides. Comfortable owning a single set of use cases that has to work across two different platforms, each with its own architecture and constraints. Operates at Director scope as an IC. Earns influence through quality of thinking and earned credibility, not authority. Builds and deploys AI agents and skills, and works comfortably with APIs and MCP as core design primitives, as part of everyday work; a baseline at this level, not a differentiator. Preferred Skills & Experience Direct experience with media planning platforms (Camphouse, Mediaocean/Prisma, MINT, or similar) as a builder, buyer, or user. Familiarity with agentic AI in planning workflows: quality scoring, suggestions, benchmarking, or similar AI-assisted features. Experience expanding usage within agency or brand accounts. Understands the motion that turns product adoption into revenue. Background solving this with a shared design system or component library, not just tribal knowledge passed between teams. Familiarity with multi-market governance or global agency/brand account structures. Benefits: Guideline offers full- time employees a comprehensive benefits package based on location. Some benefits may include, but are not limited to: • Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account • STD, Life, LTD and AD&D • 401(k) with a company match program • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid Parental Leave • Commuter Benefits • Employee Recognition Program • Referral Bonus Program Equal Opportunity Employer: Guideline is an equal opportunity employer, committed to our diversity and inclusiveness.
