A fast-growing hospitality SaaS company is seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead its Customer Implementation Projects and build its Project Management organization across Japan and APAC.

Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale customer implementation projects from kick-off through go-live and adoption.

- Act as Project Owner, managing requirements, scope, progress, issues, and executive stakeholders.

- Drive customer adoption and expansion, including escalated and complex projects.

- Manage the overall project portfolio, priorities, resources, risks, and profitability.

- Lead 3 PM/PMO members, including hiring, development, goal setting, and evaluation.

- Establish PM processes, governance, quality standards, templates, and best practices.

- Improve project visibility and productivity through PM tools, dashboards, and Generative AI.

- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Development, Sales, CS, and corporate teams.

- Lead projects with APAC offices, group companies, vendors, and external partners

Required Skills:

- 5+ years managing customer-facing IT/SaaS system implementation or development projects.

- Experience managing multiple projects and/or leading a PM/PMO organization.

- Experience managing PMs, including hiring, development, and performance evaluation.

- Strong experience with executive stakeholder management, negotiation, PM governance, and process standardization.

- Daily use of Generative AI / AI tools to improve productivity; AI-first process redesign is a plus.

- Strong understanding of IT architecture, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and the full SDLC.

- Strong strategic thinking, execution, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with project management tools and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

-大規模な顧客導入プロジェクトの推進：要件定義、ソリューション企画、システム連携から本稼働、導入後の定着まで、プロジェクト全体を一貫してリードする。

-プロジェクトオーナーとしての全体管理：要件、スコープ、進捗、課題、経営層を含む主要ステークホルダーとの調整・管理を担う。

-顧客のサービス活用・拡大を推進：エスカレーション案件や複雑性の高いプロジェクトを含め、顧客によるサービスの定着・活用および利用拡大を推進する。

-プロジェクトポートフォリオの統括：複数プロジェクトの優先順位、リソース、リスク、収益性を含む全体管理を行う。

-プロジェクトマネージャー・PMOメンバー3名のマネジメント：採用、育成、目標設定、評価など、チームメンバーのマネジメントを担う。

-プロジェクトマネジメント体制の構築：プロセス、ガバナンス、品質基準、テンプレート、ベストプラクティスを整備・確立する。

-管理ツール・ダッシュボード・生成AIの活用：プロジェクトの可視化と生産性向上を目的に、プロジェクト管理ツール、ダッシュボード、生成AIを活用する。

-部門横断的なプロジェクト推進：プロダクト、開発、営業、カスタマーサクセス、コーポレートなどの各チームと連携し、プロジェクトを推進する。

-アジア太平洋地域の拠点・グループ会社・ベンダー・外部パートナーとのプロジェクト推進：海外拠点やグループ会社、ベンダー、外部パートナーと連携し、プロジェクトをリードする。

-プレイングマネージャーとしての役割：業務時間の約50%は、戦略的かつ複雑なプロジェクトを自らマネジメントする。

必須スキル

-5年以上の経験：顧客向けIT／SaaSシステムの導入または開発プロジェクトのマネジメント経験

-複数プロジェクトの管理経験：複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理した経験、またはプロジェクトマネージャー・PMO組織をリードした経験

-プロジェクトマネージャーのマネジメント経験：採用、育成、パフォーマンス評価などのマネジメント経験

-プロジェクトマネジメントに関する幅広い経験：経営層を含むステークホルダーとの調整・マネジメント、交渉、ガバナンス、プロセスの標準化に関する豊富な経験

-生成AI・AIツールの活用経験：生産性向上を目的として、日常的に生成AI／AIツールを活用していること。AIを前提とした業務プロセスの再設計経験があれば尚可

-IT技術に関する幅広い知識：ITアーキテクチャ、API、データベース、クラウド技術、システム開発ライフサイクル全体に関する深い理解

-高い戦略思考・実行力・問題解決力

-ツール・Officeスキル：プロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験、およびMicrosoft Officeの高度な操作スキル

-語学力・就業経験：日本語は日本語能力試験N1レベル、英語は上級レベル。日本企業のお客様向けプロジェクトの管理経験1年以上、および英語(会話・文書)でのプロジェクト管理経験2年以上
