You are a strategic and collaborative leader who is energized by the opportunity to build something new while bringing people together around a shared vision. You thrive in complex environments where success depends on aligning stakeholders, developing innovative solutions, and turning ambitious ideas into sustainable programs and operations.
You have experience leading graduate, professional, executive, online, or related academic programs and understand how to balance strategy with execution. You are skilled at building partnerships, leading organizational change, and creating alignment across faculty, staff, and administrative leaders with diverse perspectives and priorities.

Most importantly, you are excited by the opportunity to help define the future of master's education at Cornell Bowers. As the inaugural leader responsible for building Cornell Bowers’ integrated master's portfolio, you will launch two new online master’s degree programs in artificial intelligence, strengthen collaboration across existing master's programs, and build the strategies, systems, partnerships, and organizational framework that will support the next phase of graduate education at Cornell Bowers.

- Develop enrollment, recruitment, admissions, and market development strategies that advance growth across Cornell Bowers master's programs.
- Lead and develop a team of professional staff while fostering collaboration among faculty, academic departments, administrative units, and external partners.
- Help shape the future of graduate education at Cornell Bowers through strategic planning, innovation, new program development, and cross-campus partnerships.
