Director of Sales

Client is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join its fully remote U.S. sales team. This is a senior individual-contributor hunter role focused on winning new enterprise and mid-market clients and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your existing staffing industry network to open doors, build relationships, and close new business.

What You'll Do

• Identify and win new enterprise and mid-market staffing clients.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through contract and onboarding.
• Sell Client MSP, Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing solutions.
• Build relationships with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, HR, Operations, and executive decision-makers.
• Develop and execute a business-development strategy to consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Partner with fulfillment and account-management teams to support successful client launches and account growth.
• Represent Client at selected industry conferences and networking events.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of successful professional staffing sales experience.
• Proven track record of new-client acquisition and revenue production.
• Established relationships across Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP/Contingent Workforce, and executive leadership.
• Strong enterprise sales and complex, multi-stakeholder deal experience.
• A genuine hunter mentality—you know how to create opportunities, open doors, and close deals.
• Experience in IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, or other professional staffing disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 2–3 times per year for conferences/client meetings.
• Must be based in the United States.

Not a fit: Candidates whose staffing sales experience is primarily in healthcare or light-industrial staffing.
