Summary
Bridgepointe Technologies is seeking a Director of Sales Operations and Enablement to establish and lead the commercial operating capabilities that improve bookings predictability, retention visibility, and field productivity. This is a hands-on, foundational leadership role supporting 30+ sellers and approximately 8-9 sales leaders. You’ll own sales intelligence, forecasting, CRM governance, and field enablement, working closely with Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing, and existing Operations teams. You’ll turn data into decisions, build the operating rhythm that keeps pipeline healthy, and give sellers the tools, training, and clarity to perform.
Job Description
- Commercial intelligence: Build executive and field dashboards covering pipeline health, bookings, retention, seller productivity, and actionable performance trends.
- Forecasting and operating cadence: Define pipeline standards; lead opportunity aging and conversion analysis, forecast reviews, and leadership business reviews.
- CRM, technology, and data: Own CRM governance, reporting requirements, automation, data definitions, and adoption, and maintain a prioritized technical roadmap.
- Sales strategy and planning: Deliver territory and coverage analysis, quota and capacity modeling, productivity insights, and GTM planning support.
- Field enablement: Run structured onboarding, training, and playbooks, and coordinate seller activation with Marketing.
- Revenue integrity: Provide visibility into bookings-to-activation, commission discrepancies, renewals, and potential leakage in partnership with existing teams.
- Execution and change management: Lead Agile project delivery and cross-functional implementation, document processes, and drive measurable adoption.
- First six months: Diagnose and prioritize (days 1–60), launch initial scorecards and forecasting standards (days 61–90), then embed, measure adoption, and propose next-stage priorities (months 4–6).
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related function within a high-growth technology, SaaS, MSP, telecommunications, or technology services organization.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing sales operations infrastructure, processes, reporting, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling Sales Operations and Enablement capabilities in a growing organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboards, pipeline management, forecasting, data governance, and process automation.
- Experience developing and managing sales performance metrics, including bookings, recurring revenue, pipeline, quota attainment, sales productivity, and forecasting accuracy.
- Proven ability to build and lead Monthly Operational Reviews (MORs) and translate performance data into actionable business insights.
- Experience developing sales onboarding, enablement programs, sales playbooks, and standardized sales processes.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel and experience with a business intelligence platform such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience partnering with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on individual contributor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a private equity-backed, acquisitive, or rapidly scaling technology services organization.
- Experience supporting a distributed sales organization with multiple sales leaders and business units.
- Familiarity with sales engagement, conversation intelligence, forecasting, and sales compensation platforms such as Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Clari, or Xactly.
- Experience supporting recurring revenue business models, including MRR/ARR, renewals, cross-sell, upsell, and revenue retention.
- Experience implementing or optimizing Salesforce and associated sales technology platforms.
Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 annual base compensation + bonus potential.
