Job Description

The Director of Software Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading the software quality assurance team and ensuring that all software products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, as well as experience managing a team of quality assurance professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement software quality assurance policies and procedures
• Lead and manage the software quality assurance team
• Ensure that all software products meet the highest standards of quality
• Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools
• Provide regular reports on software quality metrics to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and testing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of quality assurance professionals
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with software development teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
