Evolve how we assess talent to measure unique human abilities for the things AI can’t, or shouldn’t, handle Forecast like an analyst. Use your analytical thinking and AI fluency to build talent forecasts that inform the business Drive operational excellence. Build efficient, AI-powered recruiting systems. Know the data, unblock your team, communicate effectively, and ship as if we needed it yesterday What we're looking for 10+ years in talent, people, business development, relationship management, or related fields AI appetite, with real examples of how you use AI today Emotional intelligence that lets you move the business in ways AI can’t, and build deep connections with candidates, hiring managers, executives, and other stakeholders Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week Please note that we are unable to sponsor applicants for work visas. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants from these states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Montana, Hawaii, New Mexico, and Puerto Rico Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $250,000 plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
