This position is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates based in Plano, Texas. We’re also open to qualified applicants residing in California, Idaho, Nebraska, or Iowa. Candidates must be comfortable traveling onsite as needed to facilitate training and support teams across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Training Vision
- Develop and execute a company-wide training strategy aligned with organizational goals, clinical excellence, and operational priorities.
- Establish consistent training standards and learning experiences across departments, roles, and locations.

Build Engaging, Effective Learning Experiences
- Oversee the development of training content, curricula, resources, and learning pathways from onboarding through ongoing professional development.
- Lead training initiatives across Clinical, Operations, and other business functions, ensuring content is practical, relevant, and role-specific.
- Incorporate adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and innovative learning tools to make training engaging and effective.
- Leverage technology, digital learning platforms, and emerging AI-enabled workflows to improve accessibility, consistency, and efficiency.
Develop Leaders and Strengthen Teams
- Create and oversee leadership and management development programs that equip employees to lead with confidence and accountability.
- Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into actionable training.
- Support the development of training facilitators, trainers, and internal subject matter experts to strengthen knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Measure Impact and Drive Continuous Improvement
- Establish clear metrics to evaluate training effectiveness, learner engagement, competency development, and business impact.
- Use feedback, performance data, and operational insights to continuously improve training programs.
- Ensure training documentation, compliance requirements, and learning standards are consistently maintained.
- Build systems that support accountability, reinforce learning, and promote the practical application of new skills.
What You’ll Bring
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- An active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- At least 3 years of BCBA experience.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience leading training, learning and development, or organizational development initiatives.
- Experience designing and delivering training across multiple roles, departments, and/or locations.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, competency-based training, and program evaluation.
- Experience working with learning management systems, digital training platforms, and technology-enabled learning solutions.
- The ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning and development.
- The ability and willingness to travel onsite as needed to deliver training and support teams.
