CaringUp is expanding its team in Malaysia to better support its partners and customers across Southeast Asia and accelerate regional growth.


Role: Partner Success Director

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Working Environment: Flexible, Hybrid.

Residence & Nationality: This role is only open to Malaysian citizens.

Compensation model: RM 15k - RM20k, plus revenue sharing, plus performance bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales, revenue and business development targets by growing existing accounts, acquiring new customers and expanding into new markets and HealthTech business models.

  • Partner Success & Platform Adoption: Drive partner onboarding, platform adoption, customer activation, retention and revenue generation by ensuring partners successfully integrate the Company's platform into their business operations.
  • Sales Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline, lead conversion, monthly revenue forecasting and performance tracking to ensure predictable and sustainable growth.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Identify, develop and close new business opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with the Company's growth strategy. Lead cross-functional teams where necessary to develop and scale new opportunities.
  • Customer & Market Insights: Gather partner and customer feedback, market intelligence and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and improve the customer experience.
  • Product & Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with Product Development, Product Management and Marketing teams to shape new products, refine value propositions and develop effective go-to-market strategies.


What you bring to this role:

  • Leadership Experience: At least 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare delivery, health insurance or related healthcare sectors.
  • Education: Preferably a degree in Medical Sciences, Business Management or a related discipline.
  • NCD Expertise: In-depth understanding of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), including clinical management, healthcare delivery challenges and health economics.
  • Industry & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory environments and reimbursement models in relevant markets.
  • Commercial Track Record: Demonstrable success in business development, revenue growth, strategic partnerships or customer retention within healthcare providers, hospitals, insurers, corporates or related sectors.
  • Partner Success: Experience driving customer onboarding, service adoption, account growth and long-term partner engagement.
  • Digital Health Experience: Familiarity with digital health platforms, remote patient monitoring, care management or healthcare technology adoption is an advantage.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage senior decision-makers, build trusted relationships and work effectively with operational teams to deliver results.
  • Strategic & Execution Skills: Ability to translate business strategy into actionable plans, manage competing priorities and deliver measurable outcomes independently.
  • Regional Experience: Experience working across Southeast Asia or other emerging healthcare markets is an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong ownership, initiative, intellectual curiosity, learning agility, humility and a collaborative mindset.
