As our Director, People Partners, you'll play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness, developing leaders, strengthening culture, and leading a team of People Partners that supports a dynamic and growing workforce.
This is more than a traditional HR business partner role. You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy, helping leaders navigate growth, change, talent development, performance, employee relations, and organizational design.
What You'll Do
As a strategic partner to regional leadership, you will:
- Drive people strategies that support business objectives, organizational growth, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture.
- Coach and influence leaders on organizational design, performance management, talent development, succession planning, change management, and employee relations.
- Lead and develop a team of People Partners, fostering collaboration, consistency, and best-practice sharing across the function.
- Use workforce data and analytics to identify trends, guide decision-making, and measure the impact of people initiatives.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, and business leaders to deliver an exceptional employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Support acquisitions and integrations, helping new team members successfully transition into the Veritext culture and organization.
- Champion a culture of inclusion, recognition, communication, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.
- Lead strategic People projects, programs, and change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR, People Business Partner, or related experience.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and coaching leaders through complex people challenges.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through data-driven insights and sound judgment.
- Experience partnering with leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce development.
- Exceptional project management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and cultures.
