Our Team, Your Impact

• Integrate commercial demand forecasts with forecasts, manufacturing capacity, supply plans, inventory strategies, and launch requirements.
• Lead commercial assessment and decision support when supply constraints, manufacturing delays, quality events, capacity limitations, or other operational issues could affect customer supply or portfolio performance.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, Finance, or related discipline required. Advanced degrees such as an MBA, MS, PharmD, or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the industry including demonstrated experience working specifically with biosimilars, including direct involvement in biosimilar development and subsequent commercialization or launch.
• Demonstrated previous experience working directly with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, CMC, or External Manufacturing organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed global organization.
• Ability to synthesize technical, operational, commercial, and financial information and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
