- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, and business leadership.
Drive platform excellence at scale
- Promote reusable services and common standards that reduce duplication and accelerate delivery across teams.
- Establish clear governance and prioritization frameworks for platform investments.
- Monitor platform performance and adoption through meaningful metrics and data-driven decision making.
What you bring
You have extensive experience leading platform products and product teams within enterprise SaaS organizations. You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and are comfortable influencing decisions across multiple disciplines and leadership levels.
Required experience

- Data platforms and data services
- Event-driven and distributed architectures
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Architecture leaders to deliver complex product initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead managers and senior product professionals in a matrixed organization.
Leadership profile
You are known for your ability to:
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
- Build alignment among diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Make sound decisions in complex and evolving environments.
- Balance short-term priorities with long-term platform investments.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-enabled platforms and intelligent product capabilities.
- Exposure to developer platforms and API monetization strategies.
- Experience within EHS, Risk Management, Sustainability, Compliance, Operational Excellence, or related enterprise software markets.
