Our team members choose to build their career home at US Fertility because of the hope we inspire in our patients, the lives we help bring into the world, and the culture of excellence we foster across our organization. We share a deep commitment to continuously improving the patient experience and advancing research and development in one of the most dynamic and impactful fields of medicine.

Through our national network of premier fertility centers we combine clinical expertise, scientific innovation, and compassionate care. The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we’re just getting started.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Director of RCM Process Improvement and Project Management to join our remote team at US Fertility.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with occasional weekends
  • Compensation: $160,000 to $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

How You’ll Contribute

At US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work. There is undeniable strength in numbers—and support is always within reach. Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you’ll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.

In this role, the Director of RCM Process Improvement and Project Management will:

  • Lead end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) process improvement initiatives across charge capture, billing, collections, and denials management, leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and partner with business leaders, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable workflow and technology enhancements
  • Develop and oversee RCM dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting to drive accountability, improve visibility, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze revenue cycle performance, identify root causes of operational challenges, and translate findings into actionable improvement strategies
  • Lead change management, training, and communication initiatives to drive consistent adoption of new processes, systems, and workflows across the organization
  • Direct RCM project planning and execution, establishing governance, scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with organizational priorities
  • Standardize workflows, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics across clinics and centralized business offices to improve consistency and operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement technology solutions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor project performance, proactively address risks and barriers, and communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly RCM reporting packages, performance updates, and strategic recommendations for practice leadership, executive management, the CFO, and board members
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity, while supporting RCM due diligence and other strategic business initiatives
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of process improvement leaders, project managers, and analysts to advance operational excellence and organizational goals

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and Skills Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including RCM reporting, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in RCM analytics, payer reimbursement methodologies, and financial performance improvement
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level projects, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience identifying, implementing, and measuring AI, automation (e.g., RPA), or workflow technology solutions within revenue cycle operations
  • Proficiency in RCM and EMR/practice management systems (NextGen, Epic, Athena, or similar) and data analytics/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

More important than any single credential, however, is the right person. Team members who are most successful at US Fertility embrace our mission, live our values, and remain committed to continuous improvement—for themselves, their colleagues, and the patients we serve.
