  • Own and continuously evolve revenue, billing, and AR policies, reporting, and controls
  • Lead commissions accounting, including accruals, payouts, and alignment with bookings and revenue
  • Drive collection strategy, reducing DSO, own billing, cash application, and PO/portal compliance
  • Own audit readiness and execution, including multiple international external audits
  • on complex deals
  • Provide the executive team with actionable financial revenue and AR insights
  • Support strategic initiatives, including M&A, revenue predictability, and board reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Commissions, Quoting, and Accounts Receivable within a SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise in ASC 606, ASC 340 and subscription-based revenue models
  • Experience owning billing and collections, including DSO and cash flow management
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash systems (Salesforce/CPQ, NetSuite)
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, GTM and Executive leadership
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred
