You will work with public pension funds, Taft-Hartley plans, retirement organizations, and benefits-focused customers, engaging executives, business users, technical teams, procurement stakeholders, and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Delivery, Services, and Marketing.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers while remaining directly involved in strategic pursuits, customer discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proposals, pricing, and finalist presentations.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers while maintaining overall accountability for presales execution across pursuits.
  • Own presales activities across complex pursuits, including pricing and estimates, demo configurations, RFP proposal reviews and submissions, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Build customer-specific demo strategies, scripts, personas, scenarios, data, visuals, and supporting materials, coordinating environments, access, rehearsals, and issue resolution across internal teams.
  • Analyze RFP, RFQ, and RFx requirements and develop traceability matrices, solution-fit assessments, assumptions, exceptions, and customer-specific responses.
  • Coordinate contributions across Product, Delivery, Services, Security, Operations, Sales, and subject-matter experts while clearly explaining standard functionality, configuration, customization, integration, services, and roadmap capabilities.
  • Support V3locity modernization and expansion conversations with existing customers and capture customer needs, competitive observations, product gaps, and feature requests to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Support Intelligent V3locity positioning, AI-enabled requirements analysis, proposal development, research, and internal enablement.
  • Contribute to conferences, speaking sessions, live labs, webinars, workshops, customer advisory engagements, and sales enablement.
  • Manage multiple pursuits, proposals, demos, meetings, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications simultaneously.
  • Travel regularly for customer meetings, finalist presentations, conferences, workshops, and onsite engagements.

What You Bring

  • 10 plus years of experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, presales, enterprise software, business analysis, implementation consulting, or a related customer-facing role, including team leadership, management, and mentoring experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, and enterprise software demonstrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive-presence skills.
  • Expertise in pricing and estimates for SaaS, professional services, and post-production support models.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and explain technical or operational concepts in clear business language.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and project-coordination skills.
  • Comfort discussing solution fit, limitations, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and alternatives with credibility and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across Sales, Product, Delivery, Services, Marketing, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI and knowledge tools for analysis, research, content creation, and enablement, with the judgment to validate outputs.
  • High learning agility and genuine curiosity about customers, technology, retirement administration, data, workflow, and AI.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.

  • Public pension, defined benefit, defined contribution, Taft-Hartley, retirement, benefits, insurance, or financial-services administration.
  • Government, public-sector, or enterprise RFPs and finalist evaluations.
  • Pension processes such as employer reporting, contributions, eligibility, retirement processing, benefit estimates, payments, member self-service, workflow, auditability, and reporting.
  • SaaS platforms, cloud technology, APIs, integrations, data migration, workflow automation, analytics, digital self-service, or AI-enabled applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Why Join Majesco

You will work directly with customers on meaningful modernization initiatives in an important industry while gaining broad exposure across Sales, Product, Services, Delivery, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership.

You will help shape how a modern retirement and pension platform is positioned, demonstrated, and adopted while participating in customer engagements, conferences, live labs, and industry conversations.
