Job Description: We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to help build and scale the operational foundation behind a growing portfolio of new business offerings designed to help real estate professionals grow their businesses and succeed. As part of a fast-growing team and company, this role will have the opportunity to shape how emerging businesses operate , measure performance, and scale. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You will partner closely with business leaders to establish the systems, processes, reporting, and operating disciplines needed to turn new opportunities into scalable businesses. Your work will directly support our ability to launch and grow new offerings, while ultimately helping real estate entrepreneurs build stronger, more successful businesses. Responsibilities: Build scalable sales infrastructure : Develop and implement the foundational processes, systems, tools, and operating rhythms required to support new and growing business lines. Support KPI development and performance measurement : Partner with business leaders and cross-functional partners to establish targets and KPIs that provide visibility into business performance. Own CRM execution: Consult CRM design, configuration, implementation, governance, adoption, and ongoing optimization to support effective sales execution and accurate data. Develop reporting and business intelligence: Develop recurring business reviews, dashboards, and reporting that translate sales and operational data into actionable insights on business performance. Build pipeline and forecasting discipline: Develop processes for pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity management, and performance tracking that drive predictability, visibility, and accountability. Support new business launches: Partner with Growth Products leadership to develop the sales operations requirements for new business lines, including processes, reporting, roles, and go-to-market readiness. Standardize and scale best practices: Identify and continuously improve successful processes and operating models, developing frameworks that can be replicated across additional business lines. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function supporting sales and business leadership, including experience in a startup, high-growth organization, or new business environment. Bachelor’s degree require d , with strong foundation in business analytics, operations, or related discipline Experience in real estate operations, PropTech , online consumer marketplaces, lead generation, or conversion-driven businesses preferred. Strong CRM subject matter expertise , including CRM design, implementation, reporting, governance, and ongoing optimization. Strong experience with business intelligence and reporting tools, including developing dashboards, performance reporting, forecasting, and recurring business reviews. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Builder mentality with a bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on and execute solutions independently. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and partnering with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
