Reporting to Product leadership, this individual will own a dedicated roadmap for partner-enabled capabilities and the complete partnership lifecycle. Responsibilities will extend from ecosystem analysis, partner identification, and commercial negotiation through product integration, commercialization, adoption, performance management, renewal, expansion, or transition. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic partnerships, product strategy, commercial judgment, and disciplined execution. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing a multi-year ecosystem strategy, meeting with customers and industry participants, negotiating with a data provider, defining product requirements, and resolving obstacles that could delay delivery. Lead Xactware's strategic data partnership portfolio Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide strategy for third-party data, intelligence, and partner-enabled product capabilities across Xactware. Build a comprehensive view of the property data ecosystem, including existing relationships, emerging providers, capability gaps, market developments, and opportunities for differentiation. As the portfolio grows, define and build a multidisciplinary team spanning partnership development, partner-enabled product management, partner operations, analytics, and governance. How you will lead Accountability You take end-to-end ownership. You do not consider the work complete when a strategy is presented or an agreement is signed. You remain responsible for execution, measurable customer value, partner performance, and business outcomes. Authority You create clarity around decisions and ownership. You gather the necessary input, make strong recommendations, exercise the decision rights assigned to the role, and escalate material tradeoffs quickly. Urgency You maintain momentum across teams and organizations. You surface risks early, resolve ambiguity, and prevent valuable opportunities from becoming stalled initiatives. Customer and ecosystem focus You connect partnership decisions to specific customer problems, product experiences, and business outcomes. You understand that compelling data only becomes valuable when it improves a real workflow or decision. Strategic discipline You distinguish an interesting partnership from one that creates durable value. You balance speed, product differentiation, customer impact, economics, data rights, operational resilience, and long-term strategic flexibility. Required qualifications Eight or more years of experience in strategic partnerships, data partnerships, product strategy, product management, technology partnerships, or related leadership roles. Direct experience in property insurance, property claims, property estimating, restoration, construction, managed repair, or a closely related area. Demonstrated success developing and managing complex data, API, platform, or technology partnerships. Experience leading relationships from initial opportunity assessment and commercial negotiation through product integration, launch, adoption, and ongoing performance. Strong understanding of property claims and repair workflows, including the needs and perspectives of carriers, adjusters, contractors, restoration professionals, and policyholders. Strong data-product fluency, including experience assessing data quality, coverage, freshness, provenance, licensing, governance, service levels, APIs, and integration considerations. Experience creating product or capability roadmaps and translating market opportunities into prioritized, executable initiatives. Strong commercial judgment and experience leading business negotiations in collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Privacy, Security, and other specialists. Experience developing business cases and establishing revenue, adoption, retention, or customer-value measures. Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional work without relying solely on organizational authority. Strong executive communication, relationship management, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Preferred qualifications Direct product management experience, including ownership of roadmap, launch, adoption, and business outcomes. Experience with property intelligence such as repair and restoration data, building-product information, property characteristics, imagery, weather, damage assessment, repairability, contractor data, or other market-informed data products. Experience developing commercial models for data products, embedded capabilities, premium features, or partner-enabled services. Experience working across both the United States and Canadian property insurance markets. Experience establishing a new strategic function, operating model, or multidisciplinary team.
