  • Partner with program leaders and shared services teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support grant research, proposal development, program design, and funding strategies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, social enterprises, and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility assessments, and business planning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through development, implementation, and launch of new programs and ventures.
  • Advance housing and community development opportunities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design, launch, and evaluate pilots and innovative service models.
  • Present recommendations and business cases to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in project management, grant development, business development, program development, housing/community development, or a related field.
  • Proven success leading complex initiatives from concept through implementation and operational launch.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and financial planning skills.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience building alignment and driving results across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
