xPL Ventures is the build-or-buy unit of EPL Group. We design, build and fund AI-native companies one venture at a time, in B2B manufacturing, defense, energy and healthcare. Our Founding Partner has raised $200M+ and closed 30+ M&A transactions.

We are looking for a Florida-based Director to build our network of RIAs, wealth managers, family offices, attorneys, accountants and other trusted advisors serving HNW and UHNW investors, including cross-border advisors whose clients want to enter the US AI market.

What you will do

• Build and manage senior relationships with advisors and family office principals

• Generate qualified introductions to accredited investors and other appropriate capital sources

• Support investor meetings, private dinners and educational events

• Build repeatable intermediary channels, not one-off prospecting

• Help shape our intermediary and capital-formation strategy

Economics

• No base salary, no retainer, no minimum commitment

• Compensation based on capital successfully sourced and closed

• Success-fee terms agreed in advance

• Potential for additional economics based on the long-term value of relationships and recurring capital generation, to be defined in advance

Partner Track

High performers may progress to Partner based on demonstrated results and mutual agreement, not tenure.

Ideal profile

• 4+ years in wealth management, asset management, private markets, capital formation, investment banking or SFOs

• Established relationships with RIAs, MFOs, SFOs, attorneys or accountants

• Proven record originating investors or capital

• Strong understanding of private markets and early-stage venture risk

• Entrepreneurial, credible and comfortable on a success-fee basis

This is not a traditional sales or wholesaling role. It is a Director-level partnership opportunity for an established professional with a trusted network.
