Position Summary

The Associate Director, Strategic Pricing & Commercial Operations leads pricing strategy execution, commercial analytics, and portfolio optimization. This role partners with Sales Leadership and Marketing to develop pricing frameworks that maximize customer adoption, revenue growth, and loyalty participation.

This leader brings strong financial acumen, deep commercial insight, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee field enablement strategies that support successful deployment of pricing and loyalty programs.
• Develop pricing recommendations for products, programs, and loyalty initiatives.
• Lead pricing analytics and scenario modeling.
• Evaluate competitive pricing and market positioning.
• Support commercialization of new programs and product launches.
• Partner with Finance on margin and profitability analysis.
• Work with senior management to develop market strategies and tactics that support growth of existing products and plans.
• Present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Support the field and commercial directors in executing the pricing strategies
• Drive governance around promotional offers and discount structures.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or revenue management.
• Demonstrated success building, coaching, and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives, operational goals, and organizational priorities.
• Strong executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced analytics experience utilizing Tableau, Excel, ThoughtSpot, or similar tools.
