• Monitor and coordinate real-time dispatch operations smoothly.
• Handle operational issues promptly with a strong, ownership-driven mindset.
• Maintain clear, continuous communication with field personnel and stakeholders.

• Fluent English Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory.
• Tech Setup: Must possess a reliable, high-performance laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Work Ethic: Highly punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Shift Flexibility: Able to work 6 days a week with a schedule that includes fixed and occasional rotational shifts.

• Work Location: 100% Work From Home (Remote)
• Basic Salary: PKR 100,000 / month
• Schedule: 6 days/week (Fixed & Rotational Shifts)
