Role Overview The Disposition Manager is responsible for marketing contracted properties, managing buyer relationships, and coordinating the sale or assignment of deals. This role ensures each opportunity is presented clearly, handled professionally, and moved forward efficiently. Success in this position comes from strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple buyer interactions at once.
