About the Role


A Day in the Life

Your area will be Sweden and you are managing a strong connected and diverse sales team of 6 Territory Managers, 1 Inside sales representative and 1 Technical Consultant Supervisor – united, we are responsible of developing the entire product portfolio further.


In this position, you report directly to the Senior Business Manager of Diabetes in the Nordics.



Dist/Country/Reg Sales Manager

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Key member of the Nordic Diabetes leadership team
  • Lead and develop the Swedish sales team, driving performance, accountability and culture
  • Coach field representatives on territory management, account planning and sales execution
  • Drive Commercial Excellence through CRM, KPIs and performance metrics
  • Ensure effective resource allocation, sales coverage and achievement of objectives
  • Lead pre- and post-tender management and support tender submissions
  • Execute marketing campaigns aligned with strategy and KPIs
  • Recruit, develop, motivate and retain talent
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare stakeholders
  • Analyze sales, market and competitive data to guide business decisions
  • Ensure effective execution of market strategies and compliance with company and MiniMed standards



Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant sales experience (medical device/pharmaceutical/#healthcare sales experience), or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant sales and management experience
  • 2+ years previous work experience having direct reports and managing teams
  • Demonstrated skills in business planning, consulting and territory financial analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to lead commercial negotiations and managing tenders
  • Skilled executor of presentations internally and externally
  • Demonstrates effective understanding of profitability and can balance company and customer goals
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
