About the role
Immedica Pharma has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, and we are now looking for a Distribution Coordinator to further strengthen our supply chain department.
In this position, you will contribute to our mission of making a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing innovative therapies within our core therapeutic areas. You will join an international and collaborative organization where quality, ownership and a strong patient focus are central to how we work, regardless of department.
If you are a few years into your career in pharmaceutical supply chain, this may be your opportunity to join a fast-growing company where you can take on broad responsibilities, build your expertise and grow with the role.
What you will be doing
As a Distribution Coordinator, you will be part of our supply chain team and report to the Head of Supply. Initially, you will focus on maintaining agreed service levels and work closely with the rest of the team and Manufacturing to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain. As this is an expansion of the team, you will work closely with the other Distribution Coordinators. As the team evolves, we hope you will grow with the role and take on broader responsibilities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Process orders and coordinate distribution and customer deliveries in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure high-quality, GDP-compliant logistics operations and services across internal functions and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics, distribution and customer service processes to support business growth and operational excellence
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in supply chain within the pharmaceutical industry. You are motivated by working in a purpose-driven pharmaceutical company where your expertise contributes to meaningful outcomes for the business, our partners and, ultimately, patients. We believe the right candidate is humble, eager to grow and an individual who builds trust through attentiveness, openness, and respect for diverse perspectives. This person easily establishes good relationships, contributes to a positive team spirit, and willingly shares their knowledge. We also value curiosity, commitment, and a desire for continuous development alongside others.
The required qualifications for this role are:
- Experience in the supply and distribution of commercial pharmaceutical products to support market demand and product availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including strong Excel skills
- Experience with or knowledge of GDP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
For this role, we also believe you have a post-secondary education, preferably in logistics and transport. Experience with GMP is considered an advantage, as is familiarity with ERP systems, especially Business Central, but we do not expect every candidate to meet every preferred qualification. If you meet the required qualifications, believe your background is relevant and are motivated by the role, we encourage you to apply.
Working at Immedica
At Immedica, we value people who take ownership, build trust and work well in collaboration with others. We believe you are structured and proactive, with the ability to balance attention to detail with an understanding of the bigger picture.
In this role, you are likely to thrive if you are a few years into your career, enjoy hands-on work and are motivated by contributing to work that ultimately matters to patients.
You will be part of an environment characterized by entrepreneurship, drive and a shared ambition to keep improving how we work.
This is a full-time position based at our office in Torsplan, Stockholm. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, but you are expected to work from the office regularly and should therefore be based within commuting distance. During your training period, you are expected to work full time from the office.
Our recruitment approach
We aim to run a fair and structured recruitment process. This means that we focus on the skills, experience and behaviors that are relevant to the role and actively work to reduce bias throughout the process.
We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. We believe that different perspectives make us stronger as a company and help us better understand the patients, partners and communities we serve.
