All About the Role:
The District Manager I serves as the primary field representative for Electrolux and Frigidaire brands across Southern California, partnering with independent dealers to drive sales growth, strengthen brand presence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for retailer training, merchandising execution, account development, and implementation of go-to-market strategies that improve business performance and profitability. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to influence retail sales teams and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. Working closely with Key District Managers and other business partners, this role offers a strong foundation for career growth and advancement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned independent dealer accounts by developing and executing sales strategies that increase revenue and market share.
- Serve as the primary field representative for Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Vintec brands, ensuring strong brand visibility and execution at retail locations.
- Deliver product training and sales enablement programs that increase product knowledge and selling effectiveness among retail sales associates.
- Partner with Key District Managers to support execution of regional go-to-market strategies and key account initiatives.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to develop and implement promotional programs that drive sales performance and return on investment.
- Work with dealer stakeholders to improve key business metrics, including point-of-sale performance, product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and proactively manage open orders, inventory challenges, and fulfillment issues to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver impactful business reviews, sales presentations, and recommendations for both internal and customer audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 3+ years of sales, account management, retail operations, or related customer-facing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a retail or sales environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Southern California and spend significant time in the field supporting customers.

The anticipated salary range/wage scale for candidates is $55,200.00 to $72,000.00 per year. [Commission amounts vary based on performance, but the expected target earnings from commissions are approximately $36,800 to $48,000 per year. in addition to the base salary compensation.] The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors including experience, skills, and education. Full time employees are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, our company’s 401k and deferred compensation plan, paid parental leave, 3 weeks of vacation, and 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
