Overview The District Manager, North + East India for Crocs is responsible for leading end-to-end operational execution across Retail DTC and Wholesale Partner Monobrand stores in the assigned geography, reporting to the National Retail Operations Manager (skip level: Commercial Director). The role drives regional business delivery, store and partner operating standards, inventory productivity, replenishment effectiveness, talent hiring and capability, and network expansion readiness, partnering closely with Commercial, Product, Marketing, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Human Resources, Real Estate, franchisee and wholesale partner teams. What You'll Do Own sell-out, profitability and operational performance across DTC and Partner Monobrand stores in North + East India, driving achievement of the regional annual operating plan, comp growth and productivity targets through weekly and monthly operating reviews. Ensure consistent execution of retail operating standards, SOPs, store visit discipline, performance review completion, DTC audit compliance and VM compliance, building scalable regional processes for operating cadence, governance and action tracking. Drive regional inventory productivity through effective stock deployment, replenishment discipline and stock balancing, monitoring WOH, ageing, sell-through, shrinkage and store-level gaps with Planning and Supply Chain. Jointly own DTC store expansion, including market mapping, catchment assessment and property scouting with Commercial and Real Estate teams, and ensure new store operational readiness across hiring, training, VM, stock and launch checklists. Establish a structured review cadence with franchise, Partner Monobrand and wholesale partners covering sell-out, inventory health, replenishment, store standards and action closure, ensuring adherence to commercial and brand standards. Own Store Manager hiring and coordinate end-to-end store team hiring for existing and new DTC stores in partnership with Human Resources, and influence partner staffing quality for Partner Monobrand stores. Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and field operations teams, building a performance-oriented culture focused on accountability, execution excellence, succession planning and talent retention. Act as the regional operating link across Commercial, Product, Marketing, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, VM, HR, Real Estate and partners, ensuring timely closure of priorities, escalations and corrective actions with clear, data-led updates. What You'll Bring to the Table MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, Supply Chain or a related discipline – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Retail Operations, Wholesale Operations, Franchise Management or Commercial Operations, with multi-state exposure preferred. Background knowledge in retail hiring, new store openings and property/site evaluation. Strong understanding of retail operations, store P&L, inventory productivity, replenishment processes and partner governance. Highly influential across cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, including situations without direct authority. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-location operations and Store Managers, identify business risks early and drive corrective action. Ability to attract, select and build strong Store Manager and frontline teams, with strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication and people leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively across North + East India, with a field-oriented, process-driven and data-led approach.
