Maria Nila, a B Corp certified leading brand in sustainable haircare, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented District Manager to expand our market presence in Helsinki/Southern Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. Your Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hair salons within your assigned territory. • Achieve and exceed sales targets based on company KPIs. • Introduce new products and services to customers. • Deliver excellent customer service and support. • Represent Maria Nila at industry trade shows and events. Who We Are Looking For: • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the beauty industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Self-motivated and results-oriented. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Fluent in Finnish and English.
